Automatic accounting
Every operation posts a double-entry journal entry that is always balanced. Voiding a document reverses its entry and restores stock or balances, so your books never drift from reality.

Automatic entries and the hierarchical chart of accounts are part of advanced accounting in the Enterprise plan.
Electronic signature
Upload a PDF, generate it from a quote with «Send for signature», or start from a template. Add signers, approvers and copy recipients, then drop the fields exactly where they belong.
Each recipient gets an email with a secret link. If you set one, they also enter an access code before signing.
After accepting the electronic consent, signers fill signature, initials, date, name, email, company, title, text and checkbox fields.
Sign in a set order by routing number, or let everyone sign at once. Automatic reminders and expiration run every hour.
The sender is notified in the app and by email when a recipient signs, declines, or an envelope expires.
Upload a PDF, generate it from a quote or use a template with predefined roles.

Dashboard indicators, menu counters, permissions, plan usage and dropdown catalogs are cached per company and refreshed automatically the moment the underlying data changes. Working tables and forms always read live data.
Strict data isolation between companies, passwords of at least 8 characters with letters and numbers, and locked documents whose edit pages simply refuse access.
