1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR and comparable laws, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you request do not require consent; all other cookies do.
2. On bitpixel.net
Our marketing website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking.
To display the site, your browser downloads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These requests share your IP address and browser information with those providers, as with any web request. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical data and set strictly necessary security cookies to protect against attacks.
3. In the BitOne app
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
bitone-session | Keeps you signed in and remembers your session state and language | Session / up to 2 hours of inactivity | Strictly necessary |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Same as the session | Strictly necessary |
remember_web_* | Keeps you signed in only if you tick “Remember me” | Up to 400 days or until you sign out | Strictly necessary (requested by you) |
Local storage collapsedGroups, theme | Remembers which menu groups you collapsed and your light/dark preference | Until you clear it | Functional, stored only on your device |
If you enable browser notifications in BitOne, your browser stores a push-notification subscription; you can revoke it at any time in your browser settings.
4. Payments
When you pay for a Plan you are redirected to Mercado Pago, which sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention under its own cookie policy.
5. Managing cookies
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but BitOne cannot keep you signed in without them. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
